In this article, he identifies research-based classroom management strategies that combine &amp;quot;appropriate levels of dominance and cooperation and an awareness of student needs.&amp;quot; Marzano and his wife Jana looked at more than 100 studies and found that &amp;quot;the quality of teacher-student relationships is the keystone for all other aspects of classroom management.
