Teachers Say No to Testing

	<ABSTRACT>
This North Carolina special education teacher, Dug , generated a lot of discussion with his slightly sarcastic explanation of bell curved standardized tests, special education, and contradictions within the goals of No Child Left Behind. This teacher, like Carl Chew in Washington State, refused to administer a standarized test in his classroom. How do actions like this fit into a vision of teacher leadership?

You can read a local newspaper account of Ward's actions as well.
