31 Douglas D. Christensen 2008 <p>A TLN member shared the work of Nebraska Commissioner of Education Dougles D. Christensen&nbsp; as an examle of a state where steps had been taken to develop authentic assessments--the School-based Teacher-led Assessment Reporting System (STARS)--within the parameters of federal requirements for NCLB.
