Paul Kimmerman, a successful Ohio superintendent who led the "First in the World Consortium," shares the characteristics of successful teacher leaders and points out ways to recognize the potential. Although the two-part video has an administrator slant, there's plenty here for teachers interested in leadership and those already in leadership roles.
