Abstract:

Members of the Teacher Leaders Network participated in a three-day focused conversation around this essential question: "Can we improve teaching quality through reforms in teacher education, certification and induction? If so, what will it take, and what role should teacher leaders play in advocating for reforms?" These excerpts from the induction/mentoring portion of the conversation offer a small sample of the insights shared by Network members.
