Abstract:

NewTeacher.com is a non-commercial website funded by The First Days of School Foundation, a nonprofit based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Rosemary and Harry Wong, former classroom teachers and co-authors of "The First Days of School," are the founders. New teachers and those who mentor new teachers will find lots of useful material in the "published" and "unpublished" papers sections of the website. Also: Browse two chapters from the 2003 book "Teacher Induction: How to Train, Support and Retain New Teachers" by Harry Wong and Annette Breaux.
